Rust Espresso is made up of a mother and son team from Buffalo, Laura and Patrick Anhalt. They are the concept creators and owners of Rust Espresso. Rust is scheduled to open the first location in Buffalo, NY in the Summer of 2016.
Motivated by their passion for good coffee and eager to learn more about that specific niche in the food industry, they’ve spent recent months traveling extensively for training in Espresso Machine Operations, Corporate Coffee Excellence Programs and Barista Training Seminars including advanced Latte Art Creations and Milk Texturing, with the idea of bringing a whole new level of knowledge and excitement about innovative coffee brewing methods and exquisite espresso extraction techniques to their beloved Buffalo region.
